In short

This website sets no cookies, embeds no external fonts or analytics services, and transmits nothing to third parties when you simply read it. External content such as video loads only when you explicitly ask for it.

2. Server log files

This site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Technically necessary access data (IP address, timestamp, requested resource, browser type) is processed on each request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in secure and stable operation.

3. Contact form

If you write to us through the form, we process the details you provide in order to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. We delete the data once the matter is closed and no retention obligation applies.

Sign-up uses double opt-in: you receive a confirmation email and are only added after you confirm. The legal basis is your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can unsubscribe at any time.

5. No analytics, no advertising

We use no tracking or advertising technologies and build no usage profiles.

6. Embedded content

Videos and maps do not load automatically. A connection to the provider is established — and your IP address transmitted — only once you press the corresponding button.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; ours is the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.

8. Changes

We update this policy when our processing changes. The version published here applies.
