What providers ask us

What does a project cost?

Non-profit associations pay a solidarity rate that covers the guidance; municipalities, funding bodies and welfare federations receive a quote [verify]. Direct costs such as hosting or licences are yours. What is left flows into the next courses.

How is data protection handled?

We sign an agreement before the start; where participants work with your clients’ personal data, a processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR applies [verify: template].

How good will the result be?

Every team has a volunteer professional as lead and a person from Januam holding the frame. We say beforehand what eight weeks can do, and what they cannot.

How much of our time does it take?

A needs conversation, a weekly thirty-minute check-in, a handover. Nothing more.
